Bryn Watkins

Bryn Watkins joined Andersen in the Netherlands in 2020.

After completing his Master's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. He specialises in valuations, purchase price allocations, and sell-side M&A for small and medium businesses.

In M&A, Bryn has successfully led multi-million euro deals in the defence industry, B2C rental industry, and food and beverages industry. His experience spans various sectors and company sizes, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. His pragmatic approach has resulted in innovative deal structures that ensure the selling party meets their objectives.

Bryn also has extensive experience in IFRS accounting valuations, business valuations, and the valuation of intangible assets, including customer relationships, license agreements, technology, patents, trademarks, and tradenames. He has managed multiple purchase price allocations for both listed and unlisted companies, handling complex scenarios and navigating audit processes with the Big Four accountancy firms.

Additionally, Bryn has led complex strategic valuation projects, including for biotech firms, where scenario analysis was required. His comprehensive understanding of business, the economy, and his willingness to learn about new industries have enabled him to provide valuable strategic insights for multiple companies.

Prior to joining Andersen in the Netherlands, Bryn, originally from Sheffield, United Kingdom, worked as an economist in London. He also has experience in digitalbanking, fixed-term investment products, and venture capital.
