After finishing his Master's degree in Financial Technology from the University of Bradford, UK, Aron joined Andersen in the Netherlands (formerly Collegium Advisors) to start his professional career in corporate finance.

‍

While working at Andersen in the Netherlands, Aron gained experience in valuing businesses and intangible assets such as intellectual property, trademarks, and patents. He was involved in valuation projects for transaction-, accounting-,tax- and statutory purposes.

Aron also worked on international merger and acquisition assignments, where he identified potential targets, prepared marketing materials, conducted due diligence, and assisted in structuring deals.

‍

Aron was also involved in performing financial due diligence, which helped acquirers make informed decisions and manage risks in various transactions.
